O’ Great Wyrm,
Middlegarth’s Serpent,
You circle and encase my heart.
As you grip your tail in teeth,
I grip my faith in my hands, holding tight.
You are the beginning,
and yet you are the end,
an endless, rotating circle,
keeping the ettins at bay.
