Summer Maiden

O’ Summer Maiden,

your return from Annwn

brings in the heat of summer.

With your steps,

flowers bloom.

With your breath,

life comes forth.

With your laughter,

birds sing.

O’ Creiddylad,

daughter of Lludd,

I sing with your birds,

and dance in your meadows,

and when you return to Annwn

I will welcome the winter your King brings.
